fa معرفی نوآوری: دیلاتومتر سرویکال، ابزاری ساده برای اندازه گیری عینی اتساع سرویکس طی لیبر پزشكي آزمايشگاهی Laboratory Medicine كاربردي Applicable چکیده تعیین میزان دیلاتاسیون سرویکس به عنوان یکی از معیارهای پیشرفت زایمان زمینه ای برای تلاش جهت ابداع وسایلی بدین منظور شده است. بررسی تلاش‌های انجام گرفته قبلی جهت ابداع یا ارتقای روش‌های عینی دیلاتاسیون سرویکس نشان داد که وسایل موجود به دلیل استفاده از فناوری‌های پیشرفته مانند لیزر و حسگر فشار یا مقرون به صرفه نبوده و یا به نحوی برای بیمار ناراحت کننده هستند و به همین دلیل، متأسفانه تاکنون هیچ یک برای کاربرد گسترده در بالین مناسب معرفی نشده‌اند. بنابراین ابداع ابزاری ساده و دارای کاربرد بالینی به منظور اندازه گیری عینی دیلاتاسیون سرویکس هدف قرار گرفت. دیلاتومتر سرویکال وسیله ای ساده، کوچک، استریل و یک‌بار مصرف برای اندازه گیری عینی دیلاتاسیون سرویکس است که نه تنها می‌تواند از تعداد معاینات ناشی از تفاوت معاینه کننده‌ها بکاهد، بلکه همچنین می‌تواند به عنوان وسیله ای آموزشی برای دانشجویان مامایی و پزشکی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. تحقیقات بالینی جهت بارگیری این ابزار در آموزش و بالین به منظور تعیین کارایی عملی آن در دستیابی به اهداف اولیه این ابداع توصیه می‌شود. Abstract Determining the cervical dilatation, as one of labor's progress criterion, has been considered an attempt for inventing different tools for this purpose. But, unfortunately, none of the tools has become clinically widespread and applicable yet. Therefore, this study has been done with the purpose of producing a simple and clinically useful tool for objective determining of cervical dilatation. Reviewing other pervious practices for inventing or improving objective cervical dilatation methods has shown that the available tools using advanced technologies such as Laser or pressure sensors are not cost-effective or even cause discomfort for patients, so they had not been clinically applicable.
