	<abstract_fa>&lt;strong&gt;اهداف:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;رژیﻢ ﻏﺬایﯽ ﭘﺮﭼﺮب، اﺳﺘﻌﻤﺎل دﺧﺎﻧﯿﺎت و ﺑﯽ&#8204;ﺗﺤﺮﮐﯽ از دﻻیﻞ ﻋﻤﺪه ﺑﯿﻤﺎری ﻋﺮوق ﮐﺮوﻧﺮ (CAD) اﺳﺖ. ایﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﺎ هدف ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺗﻤﺮیﻦ دوره&#8204;ای همراه ﺑﺎ ﻣﺼﺮف ﻋﺼﺎره داﻧﻪ ﺷﻨﺒﻠﯿﻠﻪ ﺑﺮ ﺑﯿﺎن ژن FGF-21 و VEGF در ﺑﯿﻤﺎران ﻣﺒﺘﻼ ﺑﻪ CAD اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;مواد و روش ها:&lt;/strong&gt; ایﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻧﯿﻤﻪ&#8204;ﺗﺠﺮﺑﯽ روی 32 ﺑﯿﻤﺎر ﻣﺮد ﻣﺒﺘﻼ ﺑﻪ CAD اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺳﻦ آن&#8204;ها ﺑﯿﻦ 55 ﺗﺎ 65 ﺳﺎل ﺑﻮد. این افراد ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺑﻪ ﭼﻬﺎر ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل، ﻓﻘﻂ تمرین، ﻓﻘﻂ ﺷﻨﺒﻠﯿﻠﻪ و ﮔﺮوه&#8204; تمرین+&#8204;ﺷﻨﺒﻠﯿﻠﻪ ﺗﻘﺴﯿﻢ ﺷﺪند. ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ تمرینی ﺷﺎﻣﻞ هشت هفته ﺗﻤﺮیﻦ دویﺪن ﺑﺎ ﻓﺎﺻﻠﻪ زﻣﺎﻧﯽ، ﺳﻪ ﺟﻠﺴﻪ در هفته ﺑﺎ ﺷﺪت 55 تا 65 درصد ذﺧﯿﺮه ﺿﺮﺑﺎن ﻗﻠﺐ و ﺑﺎ اﻓﺰایﺶ ﺗﺪریﺠﯽ ﺷﺪت ﺑﻮد. اﻓﺮاد روزاﻧﻪ ده ﻣﯿﻠﯽ&#8204;ﮔﺮم ﻋﺼﺎره ﺷﻨﺒﻠﯿﻠﻪ ﻣﺼﺮف ﮐﺮدﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮای اﻧﺪازه&#8204;ﮔﯿﺮی ﺑﯿﺎن ژن&#8204;های FGF-21 و VEGF از PCR در زﻣﺎن واﻗﻌﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;یافته ها:&lt;/strong&gt; ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻧﺴﺒﺖ ﺑﯿﺎن FGF21 در گروه&#8204;های ﻓﻘﻂ تمرین، ﻓﻘﻂ ﺷﻨﺒﻠﯿﻠﻪ و تمرین+&#8204;ﺷﻨﺒﻠﯿﻠﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﻮﺟﻬﯽ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮ از ﮔﺮوه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﺑﻮد (P&lt;0/0001). ﮔﺮوه تمرین+&#8204;ﺷﻨﺒﻠﯿﻠﻪ از ﻧﻈﺮ آﻣﺎری اﻓﺰایﺶ معنی&#8204;دار ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮی نسبت به ﮔﺮوه&#8204;های ﻓﻘﻂ تمرین و ﻓﻘﻂ ﺷﻨﺒﻠﯿﻠﻪ داشت (P&#8204;&lt;0/0001). ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ ایﻦ، ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﺿﺮیﺐ ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات (CV) ﺑﯿﺎن ژن VEGF در ﮔﺮوه ﻓﻘﻂ تمرین (P&#8204;&lt;0/0001)، ﻓﻘﻂ ﺷﻨﺒﻠﯿﻠﻪ (P&#8204;=&#8204;0/0004) و تمرین+&#8204;ﺷﻨﺒﻠﯿﻠﻪ (P&#8204;&lt;0/0001) ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر ﻗﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﻮﺟﻬﯽ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ از گروه ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﺑﻮد. همچنین ﮔﺮوه تمرین+&#8204;ﺷﻨﺒﻠﯿﻠﻪ اﻓﺰایﺶ معنی&#8204;دار ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮی نسبت به ﮔﺮوه ﻓﻘﻂ تمرین (P&#8204;=&#8204;0/0181) و ﻓﻘﻂ ﺷﻨﺒﻠﯿﻠﻪ (P&#8204;&lt;0/0495) نشان داد.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;نتیجه گیری:&lt;/strong&gt; ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺒﯽ از تمرین دوره&#8204;ای و ﻣﺼﺮف ﻋﺼﺎره داﻧﻪ ﺷﻨﺒﻠﯿﻠﻪ، ﻣﻮﻓﻖ ﺑﻪ اﻓﺰایﺶ CV ﺑﯿﺎن ژن FGF21 و VEGF می&#8204;شود؛ ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮایﻦ ﻣﯽ&#8204;ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ اﺛﺮات ﻣﻔﯿﺪی در ﻣﺴﯿﺮ آﻧﮋیﻮژﻧﺰ در ﺑﯿﻤﺎران ﺑﺎ اﻧﺴﺪاد ﺷﺮیﺎن ﮐﺮوﻧﺮ داﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.</abstract_fa>
	<abstract>&lt;strong&gt;Aims:&lt;/strong&gt; A high-fat diet, smoking, and a sedentary lifestyle are the major causes of Coronary Artery Disease (CAD). This study aimed to explore the effect of interval training and the consumption of fenugreek seed extract on FGF-21 and VEGF gene expression among patients with CAD.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Methods &amp; Materials:&lt;/strong&gt; The present quasi-experimental study was conducted on a sample of 32 male patients with CAD, aged between 55 and 65 years. They were randomly divided into four groups: control, training only, fenugreek only, and training + fenugreek. The training program consisted of eight weeks of interval running, three sessions per week with an intensity of 55% and 65% of heart rate reserve, with a gradually increasing intensity. Subjects consumed 10 mg/kg of fenugreek extract daily. Real-time PCR was used to measure the expression of FGF-21 and VEGF genes.&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Findings:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;The results showed that the mean expression ratios of FGF-21 in training only, fenugreek only, and training + fenugreek groups were significantly higher than the control group (P&lt;0.0001). The fenugreek + training group had a greater significant increase (P&lt;0.0001) more than the training + fenugreek group. Moreover, the mean Coefficient of Variation (CV) of VEGF gene expression was significantly increased more than that in the training group (P&lt;0.0001), fenugreek group (P=0.0004), and the training + fenugreek group (P&lt;0.0001), compared to the control group. The fenugreek + training group had a greater and more significant increase than the training only (P=0.0181) and the fenugreek only groups (P&lt;0.0495).&lt;br&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Conclusion:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;The results showed that a combination of interval training and consumption of fenugreek seed extract increased the CV of FGF-21 and VEGF gene expression and thus, have beneficial effects on the angiogenesis pathway in patients with CADs.&lt;br&gt;
