fa بررسی ویژگی‌های دموگرافیک و اپیدمیولوژیک مردان نابارور مبتلا به آزواسپرمی مراجعه‌کننده به مرکز درمان ناباروری ابن‌سینا طی سال‌های ۱۳۹۹ تا ۱۴۰۰ Investigating Demographic and Epidemiological Characteristics of Infertile Men with Azoospermia Referred to Avicenna Fertility Center during 2020–2021 زنان Obstetrics and Gynecology پژوهشی Original چکیده: <a name="_Hlk211415198">مقدمه: </a>آزواسپرمی بخش مهمی از ناباروری مردان را تشکیل می‌دهد. در سال‌های اخیر تفاوت‌های جغرافیایی یا منطقه‌ای به عنوان یک عامل نوظهور که می‌تواند بر مولفه های کیفیت مایع منی تأثیر ‌گذار باشد، مورد توجه پژوهشگران قرار گرفته است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی دموگرافیک و اپیدمیولوژیک مردان نابارور دچار آزواسپرمی در مراجعین به مرکز درمان ناباروری ابن سینا در فاصله  سال‌های 1399 -1400 انجام شده است. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه به صورت مقطعی-توصیفی در مرکز درمان ناباروری ابن سینا در شهر تهران  انجام شد. جامعه مورد پژوهش مردان نابارور مراجعه کننده به درمانگاه مردان مرکز درمان ناباروری ابن سینا در فاصله سالهای 1400-1399 بودند. معیار ورود به مطالعه تشخیصی بالینی و طبی آزواسپرمی برای افراد با توجه به آزمایش های اسپرم و تشخیص پزشک معالج درج شده در پرونده بیمار بود  که حداقل در دو آزمایش متوالی مایع منی ، آزواسپرمی را نشان دهند . با توجه به اطلاعات پرونده پزشکی بیمار و همچنین آزمایش های بالینی انجام گرفته در ابتدای پذیرش بیماران، افرادی که دچار مصرف مواد مخدر و الکل بودند از مطالعه خارج شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات چک لیست محقق ساخته است که اطلاعات بالینی و جمعیت‌شناختی از پرونده الکترونیک بیماران استخراج و مورد آنالیز قرار گرفت. افراد بر اساس اطلاعات دموگرافیک و زیست شناختی طبقه بندی شدند. داده ها پس از جمع‌آوری وارد نرم افزار آماری SPSS نسخه 21 شد و با استفاده از شاخص های توصیفی و آزمون‌ مجذور کای تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که میانگین سنی افراد مورد بررسی 73/6±35/38 سال بود. بیشتر افراد مراجعه کننده متاهل و تحصیلاتی در حد دیپلم داشتند. مشاغل غیر اداری مانند شغل مکانیکی و سایر مشاغل مرتبط بیشترین فراوانی بود. از 1415 مرد نابارور مبتلا بـه آزواسپرمی مراجعه کننده. <a href="https://www.sid.ir/search/paper/%D8%A2%D8%B2%D9%88%D8%A7%D8%B3%D9%BE%D8%B1%D9%85%DB%8C%20%D8%A7%D9%86%D8%B3%D8%AF%D8%A7%D8%AF%DB%8C/fa?page=1&sort=1&ftyp=all&fgrp=all&fyrs=all" target="_blank">آزواسپرمی انسدادی</a> در 262 نفر (18.5%) و<a href="https://www.sid.ir/search/paper/%20%D8%A2%D8%B2%D9%88%D8%A7%D8%B3%D9%BE%D8%B1%D9%85%DB%8C%20%D8%BA%DB%8C%D8%B1%20%D8%A7%D9%86%D8%B3%D8%AF%D8%A7%D8%AF%DB%8C/fa?page=1&sort=1&ftyp=all&fgrp=all&fyrs=all" target="_blank"> آزواسپرمی غیر انسدادی</a> در 1153 نفر (81.5 درصد) تشخیص داده شد.  بیشتر افراد مراجعه کننده از براساس محل سکونت نشان داد که منطقه 1 کشوری دارای بیشترین (7/57) فراوانی بود و مراجعه کننده غیر ایرانی نیز 9/5 درصد از مراجعان را تشکیل می‌دادند. نتیجه‌گیری: یافته های مطالعه حاضر نشان داد شایعترین علت آزواسپرمی علل غیر انسدادی است . عواملی از قبیل سن، توزیع جغرافیایی و شغل از عوامل تاثیرگذار در آزواسپرمی می‌باشد.   Background and Objective: Azoospermia constitutes a significant portion of male infertility. In recent years, researchers have noted geographical or regional differences as a potential factor influencing semen quality parameters. This study aimed to investigate the demographic and epidemiological characteristics of infertile men with azoospermia who referred to the Avicenna Fertility Center between 2020 and 2021. Methods: This cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted at the Avicenna Fertility Center in Tehran, Iran. The study population included patients who visited the Andrology Clinic of the Avicenna Fertility Center between 2020 and 2021. The inclusion criteria included a clinical and medical diagnosis of azoospermia, based on semen analyses and the physician's diagnosis documented in the patient's record, requiring at least two consecutive semen analyses confirming azoospermia. Based on medical records and initial clinical assessments, individuals with a history of substance or alcohol abuse were excluded from the study. Data were collected using a researcher-made checklist, and clinical and demographic information was extracted from electronic medical records and analyzed. Participants were classified based on demographic and biological data. The collected data were entered into SPSS software (version 21) and analyzed using descriptive statistics and the chi-square test. Results: The mean age of the participants was 38.35 ± 6.73 years. Most participants were married and held a diploma. Non-administrative occupations, such as mechanics and related jobs, had the highest frequency. Of the 1,415 infertile men with azoospermia, obstructive azoospermia was diagnosed in 262 individuals (18.5%), and non-obstructive azoospermia in 1,153 individuals (81.5%). Region 1 had the highest frequency (57.7%), and non-Iranian patients accounted for 9.5% of referrals. Conclusion: The findings indicate that the most common cause of azoospermia is non-obstructive.
