fa عنوان:رابطه بین سبکهای دلبستگی و سن با احساس گناه جنسی در زنان. پزشكي آزمايشگاهی Laboratory Medicine پژوهشی Original زمینه و هدف: در زمینه احساس گناه جنسی و عوامل مؤثر بر آن کمبود قابل توجهی در ادبیات پژوهش به چشم می خورد. هدف از پژوهش حاضرتعیین رابطه بین سبک های دلبستگی و سن با احساس گناه جنسی در زنان بود. روش تحقیق: چارچوب طرح همبستگی می باشد. برای تحلیل داده های پژوهش ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون به کار برده شد. آزمودنی ها ۱۹۲ دانشجوی زن متاهل در رده سنی ۴۰-۱۸ ساله در سه دانشگاه شهر تهران بودندکه با تکمیل مقیاس دلبستگی و مقیاس احساس گناه جنسی موشر در این پژوهش شرکت کردند. روش نمونه گیری، خوشه ای چند مرحله ای بود. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین احساس گناه جنسی و سبک دلبستگی ایمن(r=-۰/۲۶۵)سبک دلبستگی ناایمن دوسوگرا (r=۰/۲۴۱ )، اجتنابی( r=۰/۲۵۷ ) ،سن (r=۰/۴۳۸ ) و مدت زمان ازدواج(r=۰/۳۴۵ ) رابطه معناداری (p<۰/۰۱ ) وجود دارد . سن،سبک دلبستگی ناایمن دوسوگرا و اجتنابی قادر به پیش‌بینی ۲۵/۱ درصد واریانس احساس گناه جنسی بودند(p<۰/۰۰۱). نتیجه گیری: زنانی که سبک دلبستگی ایمن تری دارند، احساس گناه کمتر و زنانی که سبک دلبستگی ناایمن دارند، احساس گناه بیشتری را گزارش می نمایند. هم چنین با افزایش سن و مدت زمان ازدواج افراد، احساس گناه جنسی نیز افزایش پیدا می کند Background and Aim: There is a dearth of scientific data in sexual guilt and the factors that have influence on it in the academic literature. The aim of this study was to identify the relationship between attachment styles and age with sexual guilt in women. Materials and Method: This was a correlational study. Pearson Correlation Coefficient and Regression Analysis Methods were used to analyze the data. Subjects were 192 married female students with the age range of 18-40 from three universities in Tehran, who filled out Adult Attachment Styles Index and Mosher Revised Sex-Guilt Inventory . Method of sampling was multistage clustering. Results:The findings showed that there are significant relationships(,p<0.01) between sexual guilt and secure attachment style(r=-0.265), Insecure-ambivalent attachment style ( r= 0.241) and insecure-avoidant style(r=0.257), age(r=0.438) and marital duration( r=0.345) . Age, insecure-ambivalent and insecure-avoidant attachment styles were able to predict 25.1 percent of the variance of sexual guilt (p<0.001). Conclusion: Women who have secure attachment style, report lower levels of sexual guilt and women who have insecure attachment styles report higher sexual guilt. Also age and marital duration are positively correlated with sexual guilt in women. واژه های کلیدی: سبک های دلبستگی، سن، احساس گناه جنسی، زنان.
