fa رابطه ی خودکارآمدی با هوش هیجانی و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده در دانشجویان دانشگاه تهران علوم پايه پزشكي Basic Medical Science پژوهشی Original زمینه و هدف: خانواده و محیط اجتماعی نقش مهمی در پرورش استعدادها و سلامت داشته و باور به خودکارآمدی را ارتقاء می بخشد. نظریه ی خودکارآمدی بر این فرض مبتنی است که باور افراد در مورد توانایی ها و استعدادهایشان اثرات مطلوبی بر اعمال آنها داشته و مهم ترین عامل تعیین کننده رفتار است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه هوش هیجانی و حمایت اجتماعی با خودکارآمدی انجام گرفت. روش تحقیق: روش پژوهش از نوع توصیفی تحلیلی بود و جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه دانشجویان دختر و پسر مشغول به تحصیل در دانشگاه تهران در سال تحصیلی 86-1385 بود. 296 دانشجو (191 دختر و 105 پسر) با میانگین سنی6/21 سال به صورت تصادفی خوشه ای چند مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. داده ها با استفاده از روش تجزیه و تحلیل عاملی و رگرسیون مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که خودکارآمدی با کلیه مؤلفه های هوش هیجانی و حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده، رابطه مستقیم و معنی دار دارد. هوش هیجانی و حمایت اجتماعی به ترتیب حدود 23 درصد و 15 درصد از واریانس خودکارآمدی را تبیین کردند و همبستگی مشترک مؤلفه های هوش هیجانی و حمایت اجتماعی با خودکارآمدی برابر 37/0 بود. از بین مؤلفه های هوش هیجانی، ادراک هیجانی توانست به تنهایی حدود 40 درصد از واریانس خودکارآمدی را تبیین کند. مؤلفه های حمایت اجتماعی، حمایت خانواده و دوستان روی هم 15 درصد از واریانس خودکارآمدی را تبیین کردند و حمایت خانواده بالاترین ضریب همبستگی را با خودکارآمدی داشت. با کنترل اثر مؤلفه های حمایت اجتماعی، رابطه بین مؤلفه های هوش هیجانی و خودکارآمدی همچنان معنی دار ماند. پس از کنترل ادراک هیجانی، دیگر رابطه ای بین مؤلفه های حمایت اجتماعی ادراک شده با خودکارآمدی مشاهده نشد. نتیجه گیری: یافته ها مبین آن است که از بین مؤلفه های هوش هیجانی، ادراک هیجانی نقش مهمتری در تبیین پراکندگی خودکارآمدی دارد و خودکارآمدی، هوش هیجانی و حمایت اجتماعی رابطه ی معنی دار و متقابل دارند. پژوهش حاضر نقش محیط پرورشی را در ارتقای خودکارآمدی و هوش هیجانی مورد تأیید قرار داد. Background and Aim: The family and social environment have important roles on flowering potential aptitudes. They enhance health and self-efficacy beliefs. The theory of self-efficacy hypothesizes that beliefs of individuals about their aptitude and abilities have good effects on their activities. Self-efficacy belief is the most important determinant of behavior. The aim of this study was to examine the relationship among emotional intelligence, social support and self-efficacy. Materials and Methods: 269 Tehran University students (191 females and 105 males) who were randomly selected were asked to complete perceived social support, self-efficacy and emotional intelligence scales. Correlation and regression were used to analyze the data. Results: The results showed that self-efficacy had direct and meaningful correlation with all components of emotional intelligence and perceived social support. Emotional intelligence and perceived social support explained 23% and 15% of the variance of self-efficacy, respectively. Common correlation among components of emotional intelligence and perceived social support with self-efficacy was 0.37. Emotional perception (a component of emotional intelligence) could explain 40% of variance of self-efficacy. The family support and friends (the components of perceived social support) could explain 15% of the variance of self-efficacy, and family support has the greatest correlation coefficient with self-efficacy. After controlling the components of perceived social support effect, correlations between components of emotional intelligence and self-efficacy were found statistically meaningful. After controlling emotional perception, it was found that there were not significant correlations between components of perceived social support and self-efficacy. Conclusion: In total, the findings revealed that emotional perception has a greater role in explaining of self-efficacy and self-efficacy, emotional intelligence and perceived social support have significant and reciprocal effects on each other.
